Gabrielle came to KUOW in 2025, after almost three years as a producer with the NPR and WBUR show Here and Now. There, she produced conversations about cup stacking, global news, and music.
Before that, she was the digital editor at New Hampshire Public Radio and the NPR and WAMU show 1A. She grew up in Fairhaven, Massachusetts and graduated from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio. She likes reading, playing soccer, and eating French fries.

WA lawmakers weigh in on Trump’s Big Beautiful Bill
The Senate passed the Big Beautiful Bill, sending it back to the House of Representatives for a final vote on Donald Trump’s sweeping spending package. The bill would lead to a lot of changes, including cuts to Medicaid, increased defense spending, caps on student loans and limiting taxes on workers who earn tips.
