Federal lawsuit seeks 'no-go zone' to protect Puget Sound orcas

On Monday, the Orca Relief Citizens' Alliance and the Center for Biological Diversity filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Seattle. It seeks to establish a protection zone off San Juan Island for southern resident killer whales.
