You know the saying: If Amazon told you to jump off a bridge, would you do it?
Wait, no, that's not it. We would never trust Amazon to have that kind of control of our lives, right?
Except, we do trust the retail giant from Seattle — a lot. One study found that Amazon is one of the most trusted institutions in the country.
That's in part because the company is so focused on the customer experience.
But is it too big to trust?
No company in recent history has attracted more anti-trust interest than Amazon.
