How some seniors are staying in shape

A new Centers for Disease Control and Prevention report finds that more than 85% of U.S. adults 65 and older are not getting enough exercise. The CDC recommends adults should get at least 2.5 hours of moderate aerobic activity and two days of resistance or weight training a week.
