Seattle is a growing city. Roads have gotten more congested, trails more crowded and housing prices have been on a steady climb up. So what brings people into the city, and once they are here, why do they stay?

The question of why we stay in a place that is not affordable is one Emily Badger answered, she is a reporter for the New York Times. Badger is based in San Fransisco, a city that has been struggling with affordability for decades. She explains to Ross Reynolds the challenges people face when deciding where to live.
