Seattle Mayor gives the green light to electric scooters
Paige Browning talks with Casey Martin about Seattle's plans for a scooter-share pilot program.
The program will be similar to Seattle's free-floating bike-share program. Mayor Jenny Durkan says electric scooters will hit the streets early next year.
