This Swedish nurse who went on strike says understaffing is a major problem

On Friday morning, nurses and other unionized staff at Swedish Medical Center ended their three day planned strike. Alvarez talked with Kim Malcolm about his experience in the workplace, and why he wants Swedish to increase its staffing levels.

Swedish says it's contract offer is one of the strongest of any health care organization in the region.

Note: this interview was recorded on Thursday afternoon, during the third day of the strike.
