Washington is betting against the rise of prediction markets

Gambling in Washington state can be a challenge - if you want to bet on your favorite sports team, you have to physically go to a casino.

But prediction markets like Kalshi and Robinhood are just a download away. 

They say they’re different from traditional gambling apps and are willing to go to court to prove it.
