For many of us there is a distinction between a virtual world and the real world. But writer Beth Coleman argues otherwise. In her book "Hello Avatar: Rise of the Networked Generation," Coleman examines a crucial aspect of our cultural shift from analog to digital and what she calls the “x-reality” that crosses between the virtual and the real.
